A total professional level instrument crafted by our award winning luthier Wayne Zhou ( 2021 VMAAI Gold Medalist ), competition level violin with finest workmanship and tonewood usage: 40 yrs old Italian spruce and Bosnian maple, a Nicolo Gagliano copy based on P form strad with full arching design influenced by Amati, which attributes to more depth and sweetness than a normal strad pattern. 353 mm body length that brings smooth and easy playability.

Acoustically plate tuned based on the original Gagliano, this copy successfully replicates the deep, robust tone in lower register, and sweet, sining “silky” tone on A and E. Total vintage vibe with warm, complex, open tone. Superb vibrant voice that one can feel the resonance from the body instantly, even with light stroke on open strings. Tasteful and attention to details antiquing done with the finest oil varnish ( old wood from spain ), that brings the extra vibe as playing a real 300 years old violin. The warm, projective tone can be suitable for both solo performance, as well blending into ensemble playing.
