For buyers do not have PayPal account, we also accept wire transfer. Please contact us for wiring instruction.
**Safe Shopping: We will NOT ask buyer purchasing the instrument outside of our website, or checking out through unverified PayPal account. Please contact us immediately if you encounter phishing emails, offering purchase outside the site.
PACKING
Each violin will be professionally set up and adjusted prior shipping.
Instrument is packed in a solid foam case with material filling inside the case, to assure it arrives at ready to play condition. No further adjustment or set up needed.
SHIPPING
We provide secure worldwide shipping from Los Angeles, having served over a thousand players globally.
Domestic (USA): UPS 2-Day Shipping.
All instruments typically ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.
Expedited International Shipping
We ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited (typically 3–5 business days).
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes (if applicable) are assessed by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Actual charges vary by country and local regulations.
Flat international shipping rates are applied at checkout based on region.
All-In Delivery (EU & UK Only)
For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, we offer an optional All-In Delivery service.
With this option:
• Shipping, import duty, and VAT are arranged in advance
• No additional charges are due upon delivery
• No customs coordination required on your end
Pricing depends on destination and instrument value.
Final total will be confirmed by email before shipment.
RETURN
We offer a 14-day trial period beginning on the day you receive the instrument. All instruments are delivered in ready-to-play condition.
Within the trial period, you may return the instrument for a refund of the instrument price, subject to the terms below. Custom orders are excluded.
Domestic (USA)
Refund will be issued minus original shipping cost.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
International – Standard Shipping
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes ( if any ) are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
Refund will be issued for the instrument price minus original shipping cost.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
International – All-In Delivery (EU & UK)
For shipments arranged under All-In Delivery (where shipping, import duty, and VAT are prepaid):
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Import duty, VAT, and customs handling fees are non-refundable once paid
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping
Refund will be issued for the instrument price minus any non-recoverable shipping and import costs.
Return Process
Contact us for return instructions before shipping the instrument back.
Return shipment must be fully insured and trackable. USPS Priority Mail (or equivalent international carrier) is preferred.
After receiving and inspecting the instrument, refunds are processed within one business day.
