Purchasing a violin online is an important decision, and we understand that every musician wants the opportunity to evaluate an instrument in person. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on eligible violins.

Although our return rate is extremely low, we continue to offer a 14-day return policy for your peace of mind. We believe purchasing a violin online should be a confident and enjoyable experience, and our return policy is designed to give you the confidence to make your decision.

Before You Decide

Because every violin is professionally inspected and set up before shipment, it arrives ready to play. This allows you to evaluate the instrument almost immediately after opening the case, rather than spending time making adjustments before you can truly hear how it performs.

Returning an Instrument

If you decide the violin is not the right fit, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. The instrument should be returned in its original condition with all original packaging.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and are not eligible for return. Because each instrument is built specifically for the customer, our 14-day return policy applies only to in-stock instruments.
