A total professional level instrument crafted by our award winning luthier Wayne Zhou ( 2021 VMAAI Gold Medalist, 2023 silver medalist ), competition level violin with finest workmanship and tonewood usage: 40 yrs old Italian spruce and 25 yrs old one piece Bosnian maple, a faithful 1742 “Lord Wilton” del Gesu copy for both artistically and acoustically, same 352 mm body length as the original, extremely compact and easy to play, with the volume and projection that can easily fill the hall!
One of the most powerful and projective del Gesu copy among our award winning luthier: deep, huge tone on the G string, taking great bow pressure with fast response, as required for soloist level instrument. Ringing and rich voice across the strings, superb harmonic overtone rings that carries the tone in long distance, while have a warm voice at ear. Extremely vibrant that the player can feel the resonance from the body instantly, even with light stroke on open strings. Award winning antique varnish done with the finest oil varnish ( old wood from spain ), that brings the extra vibe as playing a real 300 years old violin.
